APK enhances members' lives by offering a wide range of exclusive benefits while organising social, sporting, and leisure opportunities across Kenya and internationally.

Membership is open to all aviation professionals — pilots, air traffic controllers, cabin crew, engineers, technicians, ground staff, cadets, and aviation management personnel working with Kenyan airlines and general aviation companies such as Kenya Airways, Jambojet, Fly540, Air Kenya, and others.

The club is managed by a Committee of members, led by an Executive Board comprising a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Treasurer. The Committee meets regularly to ensure smooth operations and delivery of member services.
